酒店都蠻好的，衞生也還可以，環境也很大
但是歡迎水果沒送，後來説要補送，我還特地把請勿打擾關了也沒送來，可能是春節裏面比較混亂吧

總體尚可
先説幾點不滿意的：
房間的隔音實在不行，中午十一點半到店辦入住，原先預選的離電梯遠的房間還沒清掃出來，衹能選一個電梯邊的房間，隔音實在糟糕，隔壁開門、走廊有人走動房間內聽的一清二楚（行政房）。後續更換到套房之後隔音好了非常多。
其次是行政房衞生打掃得不是特別到位，被子上有褐色印記（服務人員説是咖啡漬）。這裏嚴厲批評一下服務效率，打了兩個電話，等了十幾分鍾一直沒有人上門來換被套，還得我跑到前台反映，好在前台人員態度良好，主動為我升級房型。二十分鐘後保潔人員來了，給我的解釋是保潔人員都去吃飯了……
接下來是需要點讚的：
前台服務人員態度很好，主動解決問題，效率很高。
早餐種類非常多，大多是台州的地地方特色美食。
酒店配備管家，有任何需求和疑問都可以通過微信與管家聯繫，非常便捷。
酒店的位置非常好，邊上就是青悦城，購物散步都很方便。
最後，非常感謝酒店為我升級了房型，而且在住店期間我有物品遺落，酒店也非常積極協助寄回，總體來説住店體驗還是可以的，也能理解酒店在春節期間的人力不足，期待酒店的不斷改進。

套房很大，設施齊全; 春節期間不漲價，性價比真的很高。酒店中餐廳很棒，行政樓層一直供應咖啡茶水和簡餐點心水果，幫我們解決了外面飯店假日期間早早關門打烊沒地兒吃飯的尷尬；唯一不足的就是開空調房間乾燥，需要一台加濕器，向前台小姑娘提出卻一直沒有提供。

設施比較新，泳池配置一般，早餐豐富，春節期間入住率較高，唯一印象不好的是第二天在房門口看到了自己昨晚在屋內丟棄的垃圾，應該是阿姨處理時候沒太認真，其他地方中規中矩，酒店位置還好，周圍方便。

非常棒的酒店，位置好，出門就是商場和本地豪宅，離新榮記本店也不遠，酒店服務沒得説，由於入住要的是同樓層，房間還沒打掃好，免費給了早餐。回去時家人腳受傷還給送餐和借輪椅。下次來台州還要住這裏。
